Corporate Strategic Goals:

Corporate services has the following six strategic goals to achieve: 

Goal 1

Implement and maintain strong administrative and infrastructure support to all Board offices
  • Reviewed organisational policies and procedures

  • Property Management Asset Plan
  • Service standards and guidelines reflecting quality management system
  • Vehicle allocation plan

Goal 2

Instigate accountable, transparent reporting and communication for all Board activities

  • Appropriate audit procedures and processes
  • Comprehensive communications plan
  • Informed whānau, hapū and rohe members

Goal 3

Monitor and evaluate performance for cost effective, cost efficient results

  • Comprehensive financial and auditing controls

Goal 4

Assist and support Raukawa marae and hapu achieve identified goals 
  • Inventory of Marae and land trust committee members
  • Asset register of administrative and financial needs
  • Education and training for Marae and Land blocks
  • Monthly communications schedule

  • Information, statistics and resources

Goal 5

Update and manage the Raukawa Tribal Register
  • Appropriate resources and equipment

Provide technical support and assistance to all information systems

  • Comprehensive information and technology systems

Purpose:

The Board has in place a quality management system, which attests to its commitment to ensuring a robust system as the basis to its infrastructure. It regularly undergoes external audits to ensure it meets relevant industry standards as well as the usual corporate compliance requirements. Corporate services support and administrative management is integral to ensuring Board staff are able to conduct their work in a effective and efficient manner.
