Whanau Ora Mobile Nurse - Practice Leader

Raukawa is an iwi authority dedicated to promoting and developing the social, cultural, environmental and economic advancement of its people within its tribal region.

The Raukawa Health Service is seeking an experienced and qualified Whanau Ora Nurse with dynamic Practice Leader capabilities to support and enhance the Health & Social Development teams.

The preferred applicant will have/be:-

• Bachelor of Nursing Certification with post graduate experience
• A good knowledge of Te Reo me ona tikanga
• Experience with Whanau Ora service (methodology)
• Ability to work within the Community at all levels
• Familiar with Maori models of health
• Experience in case management
• Must be a team player with ability to inspire leadership and able to work with Management
